MEET THE OWNERS
Jenny & Brendon Rearick have more than 20 years of combined coaching experience and are deeply involved in the fitness industry, speaking at multiple industry events every year.
They are passionate about showing people how to strength train in ways that build them up instead of breaking them down.
Jenny and Brendon are certified strength and nutrition coaches, and Brendon is a licensed massage therapist.
They specialize in helping people new to strength training, dealing with chronic pain or injury, people struggling to get results in the gym, and performance athletes of all ages.
