This page is designed to help guide you in navigating Wellyx which is the software/app you will use to access the gym door. Please bookmark this page so you can come back to it when you have questions. If this page doesn’t have the answer you’re looking for, please talk to us at the gym or call us at 925-306-0888.

STEP 1: Set up your Wellyx account (must be done before logging into your Wellyx app):

1. Once you’ve signed up for the gym with Brendon or Jenny Rearick, you should receive a “Welcome On Board” email. In the email, click “Activate Your Account” and proceed to step 3. If you did NOT receive this email, go to step 2 below.

2. If you did not receive the email and it’s not in your spam folder, go to >>>THIS LINK<<< and click the login icon in the top right corner. Then, click the button that says “Complete Your Account.” Type in the same email address you used to join the gym and hit “Submit.” You’ll now receive an email to help you set up your Wellyx account.

3. Once you’ve chosen a password, you’ll be redirected to a login page. Login using your email address and newly created password.

4. Your Wellyx account is now set up, and you’re ready to log in to your app and gain access to the gym.

STEP 2: Use your Wellyx app to access NO DAYS OFF:

1. Download the Wellyx app (iOS) (Google Play)

2. Login to your account using the email and password you set up during your membership registration process above.

3. If this is your first time logging into the app, you may be prompted to choose a branch. Select “NO DAYS OFF”. Then, when prompted to choose a plan, select your designated membership (DO NOT select “apply no benefits”) before being taken to your app home page.

4. You’ll now see the NO DAYS OFF home page. Tap the blue “Access Control” button in the bottom right.

5. Tap “Unlock” and the NO DAYS OFF door will automatically unlock (You need to be standing within a few feet of the door with bluetooth on for it to unlock).
